Digital energy-saving induction melting furnace is a kind of energy-saving metal melting equipment designed by the principle of induction heating. Automotive die casting includes following processes: aluminum melting, molten aluminum transporting, withholding, casting and demolding. The technical core of Jingxing centralized melting furnace
In the preheating zone geometry and special burner technology, the preheating, heating and melting functions are realized in the same tower preheating zone. The aluminum material melts in the substructure, and the residual heat can heat the low temperature aluminum material in the upper part of the neck hot area. According to the principle of regeneration, the convection of molten aluminum and gas makes the waste heat fully utilized. From a process point of view, this means that fuel consumption and metal burn are much lower than comparable competitors. The aluminum liquid flows into the holding tank without any turbulence, and only a small amount of slag is generated. The insulation zone is separate from the melting zone. Therefore, the composition of the liquid aluminum is consistent, the liquid temperature is constant, and the quality and purity of the liquid aluminum are high.
Thermal Energy Recovery system
JINGXING thermal energy recovery system combines the preheating zone and melting zone organically by utilizing the special preheating zone geometry and the unique designed burner. While the aluminum is quickly melting at the chamber bottom, the exhausted heat is then recycled to preheat the top material. The exhaust gas could be reduced to 300 Celsius degree at the end, no extra process is specially for cooling down the tail gas. This technology enables our fuel consumption and metal burning out loss significantly lower than that of our competitors.

In the process of aluminum die casting, the most important index is the burning out loss during the melting. Under the optimum condition, such as recycling material is clean & less wedge shape. The metal benefit rate could be:
