This furnace is using imported high grade refractory non-aluminum-sticking casting material, plus low thermal conductive insulation board. It has very low radiative heating loss the body out surface, which tempera is as low as 10-12 Celsius degree.
This design has effectively achieved energy saving, stabilize molten aluminum quality and improve working environment purposes. The furnace liner are all cast material, no crucible is required, thus reduced production cost.
